KEA Mentor Information

Kinsale Enterprise Academy (KEA) has set up a mentorship service which seeks to support people in business in Kinsale, including those with established businesses which are struggling at the moment, those looking to grow or change their business and first time young entrepreneurs. This service includes one-to-one mentoring supports through its expert mentor network, discussion forums on specific aspects of business, and a formal entrepreneurship programme due to be launched in spring 2021.
 

A free mentoring service will be open to residents in the P17 Eircode, plus others not living in Kinsale but running/planning a business based in the P17 region, or in some cases where the business, though run elsewhere is deemed to have significant community benefit to Kinsale.

Mentors will be locally based or have some affiliation with Kinsale and bring global experience which they are willing to share with the mentees. Mentoring can be provided online or face to face for both one-to-one mentoring and for the discussion forums. Mentors should be willing to commit to around 4 hours a month (or more if you're available) on an as needed basis.
